Check the power supply
Press the up, down, forward, and backward keys, and the chair does not move. Remove the front cover under the patient's chair and check that the pneumatic switch of the control circuit is not closed, resulting in the control circuit not being connected. The dental chair manufacturer analyzed the reason: the screw fixing the pneumatic switch was loose, and the air valve could not effectively press the travel switch. Solution: readjust the distance between the pneumatic control valve and the travel switch to ensure that the travel switch can reliably connect under the rated air pressure, and tighten the screws.

This phenomenon indicates that the control circuit is intact, check whether AC24V and AC12V are normal, in which AC12V provides power to the control circuit and AC24V provides power to the DC motor. Check the rectification voltage and find that there is no DC24V output. Looking at the circuit control panel, it was found that there was a scorch mark around the DC24V rectifier bridge. According to measurement, two arms of the rectifier bridge were damaged. Although the relay was turned off, the chair did not work because the motor did not receive electricity due to the lack of DC24V power supply. The comprehensive dental chair treatment machine manufacturer analyzed the reasons: firstly, the quality of the components was not up to standard; secondly, the motor was stuck or short-circuited. Continue to check whether the motor is normal, and exclude the second reason. Solution: Since the printed circuit around the rectifier bridge on the circuit control board has been burnt out, it is difficult to replace only the rectifier bridge, so it is decided to replace the entire circuit board. When replacing the new circuit board, the 1203 chip on the original circuit board should be removed and installed on the new board to continue using the data. The removed wires, connectors, etc. should be connected according to the original position and color code. After power-on debugging, the dental chair works normally.

Open the front cover, check that AC and DC power supplies are normal, all plugs and connections are not loose, and the pneumatic switch is properly connected. At this time, check whether the signal wire of the key is normal. Check: unplug the signal wire plug on the circuit control board, connect one end of a wire to the black line socket, and touch other electrodes on the socket to observe whether the relay operates and whether the corresponding indicator light is on. If it is normal, there is a problem with the signal wire.
